After we receive and inspect the returned item, if the claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Imani Create. Shipping costs for non-approved returns or returns without approval will be borne by the customer.
